I've been seeing the commercial for the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" game several times, and I can tell two things:

  1. Is it me, or the video game version of Willy Wonka is more likable?
  2. Now we know the REAL reason of why Charlie's the chosen one:

It's because he possesses CANDY POWERS!!!

Quote from the commercial:  "...And use your amazing candy powers to gain the Oompa Loompas' respect..."

So you see, Charlie's not an average boy that can run, jump, pick up stuff, throw stuff, use items, talk to people and solve puzzles; oh no!  He's beyond mere mortals, for he has CANDY POWERS!

It's pretty much like Superman having such powers as "Super Mathematics", "Super Kisses", "Super Landscaping", or even...  "Super Weaving"!

So you can expect in the future to see a "CatCF 2" movie/game, with Keanu Reeves as Charlie!

Y'know I can't stand these days how every damn movie that comes out has to have a fucking game attached to it the next week. Wish I could find the person who first thought that 'genius' idea up and strangle them with their own intestines.
